SELECTED PRESS:

"an 8-track collection that spins dream pop and indie rock sensibilities into shoegazing swirls. This isn’t the head-down sullenness shoegaze usually elicits, as each track has a tangible streak of warmth shining on through the haze."
CONSEQUENCE OF SOUND

"Killer riffs and moody melody."
PUREVOLUME

"The track ("Photographs") is all gooey reverb and dreamy vocals, making the listener feel like they're floating on a cloud."
IMPOSE MAGAZINE

"Souvenir Driver inhabits a sonic world of dreamlike disconnect."
PORTLAND MERCURY

"Souvenir Driver are ahead of the curve."
THE DELI

"You just might find your favorite band today."
WHEN THE SUN HITS

"Shoegaze with grungy jolts that uppercut the chin."
WILLAMETTE WEEK

Souvenir Driver seem to specialize in music that drifts in and out of consciousness -- both yours and their own. Like a conversation with someone who's just woken up and is still half-dreaming.
A NEW BAND A DAY (written by Alex James from BLUR)

"Curious and strange ... A diverse and aural treasure."
PDX PICK

Souvenir Driver leave little to be desired. Their dreamy, tonal pop sounds are danceable, interesting, and complex.
RIP CITY REVIEW

They have the ability to alternate between moments of shimmering beauty and hauntingly developmental post-rock.
OBSCURE SOUND

Living Water is an incredible piece of work.
KILLING SASQUATCH

Threads the sparse, icy grooviness of Joy Division or the xx.
WILLAMETTE WEEK 03.09.14

A wonderfully moody panorama of reverb-y dream-pop.
PORTLAND MERCURY 01.12.13

Loud, immersive all round instrumentation.
SEX BEAT LONDON

A sugary tribute to bands with a sour edge, namely Sonic Youth or Spacemen 3.
WILLAMETTE WEEK 01.15.14

It feels like a high contrast photograph.
BRIDGETOWN SOUND

Souvenir Driver have sent a bold wave of sounds straight into my ears and I know it was something exceptional.
